How do I make a return ?
If you wish to return or exchange one or more items after their purchase, you can do so up to 14 days following receipt of the order.
Return by carrier
In order to make your return :
- Pack the items you wish to return (in their original packaging), and send the package to: NESPART SPRL – Drève Richelle 161, Building H, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium. For faster processing, do not forget to put the delivery note back in the parcel! Without the delivery note in the parcel, your return will be processed less quickly.
- Send the package via the carrier of your choice. The return costs are at your expense.
- Once the package has been received by NESPART SPRL, you will be notified and refunded the amount you paid for the items you have returned.
Returning a faulty item
If you have received a faulty item, you will be refunded the item (at the purchase price), the delivery costs, and the return costs. Please contact us at info@nespart.com to report this.
