How do I make a return ?

If you wish to return or exchange one or more items after their purchase, you can do so up to 14 days following receipt of the order.

Return by carrier

In order to make your return :

  •   Pack the items you wish to return (in their original packaging), and send the package to: NESPART SPRL – Drève Richelle 161, Building H, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium. For faster processing, do not forget to put the delivery note back in the parcel! Without the delivery note in the parcel, your return will be processed less quickly.
  • Send the package via the carrier of your choice. The return costs are at your expense.
  • Once the package has been received by NESPART SPRL, you will be notified and refunded the amount you paid for the items you have returned.

 

 

Returning a faulty item

If you have received a faulty item, you will be refunded the item (at the purchase price), the delivery costs, and the return costs. Please contact us at info@nespart.com to report this.

your order number, if it was an online purchase
the reference of the defective article
the description of the defective problem
a photo of the defective part of the article

How do I receive free delivery?

From 59€ purchase, delivery is free, for delivery to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France.

 

 

Change my addresses

To change your billing or delivery address, go to your My Account area. There you will be able to change all your account details.

 

 

One or more items are missing from my package

If one or more items are missing from your package, please contact us at info@nespart.com to let us know. When making your request, please do not forget to fill in the following information to ensure that your request is processed quickly:

  • Your order number
  • The reference of the missing article
  • A picture of the parcel and the goods

I wish to cancel or modify my order

In order to be able to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it once you have received the order confirmation e-mail. Whether it is a change of reference or address, we will no longer be able to modify it. So please make sure that all your details are correct when you finalise your order. If you still made a mistake, you will have to make a return and place a new order with the items you wanted to receive.

 

 

Track my order

As soon as your order is dispatched and therefore handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail in order to consult the progress of your delivery on the site of the chosen carrier. If you have not received this e-mail, you can also find this tracking number in the “My Account” area on the site.

 

 

I have received an item that I did not order

In order to solve any delivery problem as soon as possible, we invite you to contact us at info@nespart.com mentioning:

  • Your order number
  • Wrong articl number
  • Expected item reference

Our customer service will contact you to replace the incorrect item, within the limits of available stocks.

What should I do if my payment has been refused?

If your payment has been refused, the order has not been placed. Please try again. If it does not work on the second attempt, please try again with another payment method. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us at info@nespart.com.

How can I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can click on the link “If you no longer wish to receive information from us, click here” in the footer of each e-mail.

You can also go to the My Account area of the site where you can unsubscribe to the Newsletter.
